Visible
Freelancer

Be visible to your clients. Get ready for your clients.

You have a skill. You've sent the applications — maybe dozens. You've heard nothing back. Or you're stuck in the loop: no reviews, no clients; no clients, no reviews. Being good at your craft is only half of it. The other half is being seen by the right people — and knowing what to say when you are.

12 places only. Founding Pilot price — it won't be repeated.

Sound familiar?

You're not bad at your job.
You're just invisible.

Most freelancers who can't find work aren't missing skill. They're missing the other half — the part nobody teaches.

You apply and hear nothing

Dozens of applications into the void. No feedback, no reply, no idea what's wrong.

You can't tell what to fix

Is it the portfolio? The price? The pitch? Without honest feedback you're guessing.

You're waiting to be picked

Platforms decide who gets seen. You refresh, you bid, you wait. That's not a business.

The four-week journey

One week, one move.

Each week opens with a live expert workshop. Then you do the work on your own business — not a case study — and bring it back for feedback.

Week 01

POSITION

Get clear on who you are, who you help, and why they should choose you.

Week 02

PROSPECT

Stop looking for "anyone." Start identifying the right opportunities.

Week 03

CONVERSATION

Turn your research into real conversations that actually go somewhere.

Week 04

OPTIMISE

Review what worked, what didn't, and build a system you keep running.

What you walk away with

Not notes. Assets you keep using.

  • A positioning statement — peer-reviewed and client-ready
  • A defined ideal client profile, so you stop chasing "anyone"
  • A researched prospect list — built with tools we pay for
  • Real outreach sent to real prospects, responses documented
  • Tested messaging you've iterated until it gets replies
  • Your work reviewed live by an expert, with the group watching — everyone gets a turn
  • Every session recorded and yours to keep
  • A next-step plan you keep running after the cohort ends
Who's teaching

Two specialists. In the room, live.

Not pre-recorded lectures. Working practitioners who look at your actual work and tell you what's wrong with it.

Week 1 · Your expert

Personal branding & positioning — [one line of credential: years in practice, notable clients, or specialism].

You're not doing this alone

The Tribe doesn't end when the cohort does.

You'll work in a small accountability squad for four weeks — people at the same stage, doing the same work, in the same week. You share what you send. You see what worked for someone else before you waste a month finding out yourself.

Afterwards, 1,800+ members are still there, still helping each other. That part is free, and always will be.

What we're not promising.

Everyone else in this market oversells. Here's exactly where the line is.

What this is not

No guarantees. At all.

This cohort does not promise clients, jobs, leads, or income. There's no 1:1 coaching and no done-for-you prospecting.

It's group work on your own business, with experts in the room. What you build from it — and what you do with it afterwards — is up to you.

About the Tribe Bench

Paying buys you nothing here.

The Tribe Bench is our vetted roster. Paying for this cohort gives you no advantage in getting onto it — no hidden audition, no queue-jumping, no faster review.

The Bench Assessment Sprint is free and open to every member, whether you join this cohort or not. We'll show you how to enter it either way.

Founding Pilot

12 places. $49.

This is the first edition. The price is deliberately low because we're proving the format with a small group — it will not be repeated.

Every penny goes back into research tools for this group.

You need a skill you can already deliver, and about four hours a week. That's it.

Before you ask

Questions worth answering.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Only partly. You don't need a portfolio and you don't need clients yet — but you do need a skill you can already deliver to a paying client. If you're still learning the craft itself, build that first and come find us after. We'd rather turn you away than take your $49 for something that won't work yet.
How much time does it take?
One live session a week, plus roughly three to four hours of your own implementation. The work is the point — if you can't commit the hours, this won't do anything for you.
What if I don't get a client in four weeks?
That's a realistic outcome, and we'd rather say so upfront. Four weeks is enough to build the system and start real conversations — it's often not enough to close. What you'll have is a positioning statement, a prospect list, sent outreach, and data on what got replies. You keep running it after we finish.
Why is it only $49?
Because it's the first run and we're proving the format. The price doesn't cover the cost of delivering it — we're funding the gap, and putting the revenue into research tools for this group. Later cohorts will be priced properly.
Does this get me onto the Tribe Bench?
No — and we want to be blunt about that. Paying for the cohort gives you zero advantage in vetting. The Bench Assessment Sprint is free, open to every Freelancer Tribe member, and judged on evidence alone. We'll show you how to enter it whether or not you join this cohort.
What happens after the four weeks?
You keep the recordings, the templates, your prospect list and your plan. The 1,800+ member community stays free and open. There'll be an optional continuing support option for people who want to keep going with structure — entirely your choice, and declining changes nothing.
